New Chapter, Same Legacy - Orosz Family Launches Trinity Family Builders in Central Florida

Central Florida, March 1, 2024 – Trinity Family Builders proudly announces its official launch as Central Florida's newest homebuilder, carrying forward a time-honored legacy that spans three generations in the homebuilding industry.
The story of Trinity Family Builders traces its roots back to the early 1900s when William Orosz, Sr. laid the foundation for a real estate legacy in Royal Oak, Michigan as a local realtor. This legacy continued with his son, William Orosz, Jr., who shared his father's passion and leadership in the family business. In the 1980s, William Orosz, Jr. relocated to Orlando, working for Catalina Homes but ultimately embracing his entrepreneurial spirit starting Cambridge Homes in 1991. Cambridge Homes was sold in 2005 to a national homebuilder.
The Orosz Family's enduring legacy continued to evolve with Steve and Matt Orosz founding Royal Oak Homes (named after Royal Oak, Michigan) in 2011. Royal Oak was ranked as one of the fastest growing homebuilders in the country before being sold to a national homebuilder in 2014. In 2017, the senior leadership team was joined by Andrew Orosz and industry legend Colby Franks to start Hanover Family Builders. Hanover Family Builders was sold in 2022.
Building upon this rich heritage, Trinity Family Builders emerges as Central Florida's newest and innovative homebuilder. The newly founded company will begin with 6 communities initially, but will be selling in 18 communities by the summer of 2026 delivering over 800 homes annually. The family is currently supporting Elevation Scholars and is the founding donor of the new Cristo Rey High School starting in 2025.
