At no additional cost to you, all homes by Trinity Family Builders are covered by a 2-7 Homebuyers Warranty. A copy of the warranty policy will be provided to you at the time you sign a purchase contract. The warranty covers Workmanship for one year, Major Systems for two years, and Structural Elements for seven years. This warranty is completely transferable to a new purchaser should you sell your home during this period.
