Touring a new home community should feel exciting, and during our Season of Savings event, it comes with even more rewards. Trinity Family Builders is giving back to prospective homebuyers, Realtors, and new homeowners throughout Central Florida with three separate giveaways running from July 1 through September 1, 2026. Whether you're just starting to explore Available Homes, ready to purchase a Quick Move-In Home, or building a customizable To-Be-Built floor plan, there's a giveaway designed for where you are in your homebuying journey.

Monthly Grill Giveaway

No purchase is necessary to enter the Monthly Grill Giveaway, making it one of the easiest ways to be rewarded for exploring new homes in Central Florida. Prospective homebuyers, licensed Realtors, and anyone who tours a participating Trinity Family Builders community are eligible to enter, with the exception of current Trinity Family Builders homeowners. To enter, simply tour a participating community, complete one official raffle entry, and drop it into the raffle box located in the sales center. Entry is limited to one per person. One grill will be awarded each month, with drawings held on August 1, September 1, and October 1, 2026. Winners will be contacted using the information provided on their raffle entry and must claim their prize at the sales center within 30 days of notification.

How to Enter:

• Tour a participating Trinity Family Builders community.
• Complete one official raffle entry.
• Drop your entry into the raffle box at the sales center.

Guaranteed Buyer Gift

Purchasing a new home is a big decision, and during the Season of Savings event, every buyer is rewarded for it. Anyone who purchases a new Trinity Family Builders home between July 1 and September 1, 2026 will receive a guaranteed buyer gift: their choice of a brand-new grill or a $500 gift card to Lowe's® or Home Depot®, perfect for settling into a new home. If a buyer chooses the grill as their guaranteed gift and later wins the Monthly Grill Giveaway, they will receive the $500 gift card instead of a second grill, ensuring every winner takes home a meaningful prize. Outdoor Living Retreat Giveaway

For buyers who choose to build a custom To-Be-Built home with Trinity Family Builders, the rewards go even further. Every qualifying To-Be-Built home purchase made between July 1 and September 1, 2026 comes with automatic entry into the Outdoor Living Retreat Giveaway, with no additional entry or paperwork required. Quick Move-In homes are not eligible for this giveaway. One company-wide winner will be selected on September 1, 2026, and will have the opportunity to choose one of four designated Outdoor Living Retreat Packages to transform their new backyard into an outdoor living space built for entertaining, relaxing, and everyday enjoyment. Winners must claim their prize at the sales center within 30 days of notification. This giveaway is in addition to the Guaranteed Buyer Gift, meaning To-Be-Built buyers receive their choice of grill or gift card, plus a chance to win a full outdoor living upgrade.
