Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What types of communities do you build in, and are they family-friendly?

Our communities are thoughtfully designed to cater to families, offering a blend of urban convenience and suburban tranquility. Each community in Central Florida is chosen for its access to top-rated schools, parks, and family-oriented activities, ensuring a nurturing and vibrant environment for your family to grow and thrive.

How customizable are your home plans to suit a family's needs?

We understand that every family is unique, and our homes reflect that. Our plans offer a range of customizable options, from flexible floor plans to finish selections, allowing you to tailor your home to fit your family’s lifestyle perfectly. Whether you need extra bedrooms, a spacious backyard, or specific design features, we work with you to make your dream home a reality.

Yes, family-centric amenities are a cornerstone of our communities. Many of our neighborhoods feature parks, playgrounds, community pools, and clubhouses. Additionally, we focus on accessibility to local schools, shopping centers, and recreational facilities, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable lifestyle for your entire family.

Do we get to select structural options, flooring, paint and the like on our to-be-built homes?

Your Trinity New Home Advisor will help you find the best plan to fit your specific needs and they will work closely with you to find the best homesite and exterior elevation for your new home. What are Quick Move-In, Inventory Homes?

Most of our new home buyers enjoy visiting your building site often to watch the progress of your new home. It’s breathtaking how quickly the slab, exterior walls, and roof are constructed. Next comes the interior mechanical work, installation of the insulation, wiring, plumbing, and ductwork for your heating and air conditioning system. Once these items are installed, we will schedule a “framing walk-through” inspection, to make sure everything is perfect before the drywall is installed. This is a good time to verify the location of electrical outlets. If any changes need to be made, now is the time to do it — before the drywall is installed. It won’t be long now — soon you’ll be occupying your new home by Trinity Family Builders.
